Peterborough Conington (EGSF) provides an Air/Ground Radio Service only, and only when manned. When the radio is not manned, make blind calls with position reports and intentions.

- 28/10: 987 m x 23 m, asphalt, edge lighting and LITAS at each end
- 34/16: Unlicensed. Condition is not checked. Do not plan to land without prior written agreement.
Circuit directions (subject to change via radio)
- Mon to Fri: 28 L/H, 10 R/H (circuits to the south)
- Thu evening: 28 R/H, 10 L/H until 21:00
- Sat: 28 R/H, 10 L/H
- Sun 09:00 to 13:00: 28 R/H, 10 L/H
- Sun 13:00 to 18:00: 28 L/H, 10 R/H
Operational notes
Circuit height: 1000 ft AGL.
Standard overhead joins if circuit traffic is present. If joining direct, ensure safe integration with established traffic.
Circuit direction may vary due to traffic, weather or local considerations.
Prior Permission Required (PPR) and conditions of use
All arrivals and departures require Prior Permission Required (PPR). Permission is granted at the discretion of the airfield/operator and may be refused or withdrawn at any time.
By requesting and/or using PPR, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Pilot Information and Procedures (including any instructions given by the Air/Ground service when available). If you do not accept these terms, do not operate to or from the airfield.
Use of airfield at own risk
Operations at Peterborough Conington (EGSF), and any presence on the airfield (including airside/landside areas), are entirely at the risk of the visiting pilot, aircraft operator/owner and passengers.
You are responsible for ensuring aircraft airworthiness, runway suitability and performance (including surface condition, lighting availability, obstacles, weather and NOTAMs), and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and published procedures.
Liability disclaimer and waiver (to the extent permitted by law)
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the airfield and its owners, operators, employees, contractors and agents do not accept liability for loss of or damage to any aircraft, vehicle or other property, or for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of use, delay, cost of recovery or other expenses). The airfield is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties (including other airfield users).
Nothing in this notice seeks to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnity and insurance
To the extent permitted by law, by operating to/from or visiting the airfield you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the airfield and its owners/operators (and their employees/contractors/agents) against claims, losses, costs and expenses arising from your aircraft, its operation, your passengers/crew/visitors, or your breach of these procedures or instructions.
Visiting pilots/operators must maintain valid aviation insurance (including third-party/public liability cover) appropriate to the aircraft type and operation. Evidence of insurance may be requested as a condition of PPR.
Acceptance: landing or taking off at Peterborough Conington (EGSF) constitutes acceptance of the above conditions. If you are not willing to accept them, do not request PPR and do not operate to/from the airfield.

Circuit directions are subject to change. You will be informed by PPR and/or A/G which circuit is in use. If A/G does not respond, make traffic calls as appropriate.
Joining: Standard overhead joins if circuit traffic present, otherwise at your discretion.
Noise abatement
Please respect our neighbours and avoid overflying local villages: Holme and Stilton to the north, Glatton to the west, Conington and Sawtry to the south.
